About Me

A woman with blonde hair smiling, wearing a sleeveless black dress with lace detail at the top.

I currently serve as a Fractional CMO for B2B tech companies, leading teams and guiding strategy, positioning, demand gen, content, and sales alignment.

My path here wasn’t typical. I spent 20 years at companies like Mars and P&G, where marketing had process, rigor, and real accountability. Then I joined my first startup (I was their first marketing hire 🫣), which created an interesting challenge: figure out how to build a world class marketing function from the ground up, with a lean team and minimal budget.

Over the course of my career, I've built marketing from scratch, fixed marketing that wasn’t working, and led teams of one and teams of many. This experience has trained me on what good strategy looks like — and I know how to move quickly, adapt to market change, and create a compelling narrative that closes deals.

Results I’m Most Proud Of:

  • A startup I worked with acheived 465% ARR growth and ranked #5 on the Inc. 5000 list — twice.

  • I contributed to a 5X increase in customer aquisition by delivering a compelling value proposition, messaging and go-to-market plan that differentiated our products from everyone else.

  • I developed strategic partnerships with leading brands, including UnitedHealthcare, Dell, Lenovo, HP, ZAGG and Kensington, increasing company revenue significantly YOY.

Same playbook every time. Get clear on who you're talking to, why they should care, and what it's costing them to wait.
